A: We are sorry that we cannot amend any information that has been confirmed. Please double check before you confirm to proceed.
    

Q2: If the recipient(s) did not receive notification, what should I do?     

A: Recipient(s) will receive email notification within 1 hour.
    

Q3: Can I check the sending history?     

A: Sure, you can check all the sending history on “Sending History”.
    

Q4: Can I revise the email message after pressed the “Send” button?     

A: Sorry, email message cannot be revised after pressing the “Send”. Please double check the email message for each recipient.
    

Q5: Can I amend the reservation details?     

A: If you would like to amend the reservation, please cancel the original reservation and make another one.
